Alex Hernandez made sure the service was exceptional. He got me in as quickly as possible. I had new tires on my vehicle in less than two hours from when I called to when the service was complete. They found a leak with an additional tire, other than the one that had a screw, and submitted the warranty claim and had that tire replaced quickly also.
