My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).

United to needs to use their best planes for long flights like Guam to Hawaii with STARLINK on it

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.

Stuck on tarmac for two hours plus a 5.5 hour flight. Rude flight attendant. And no meals, not even for purchase!

They busted my entire trip via incompetent maintenance and scheduling. I'm out about 1000 dollars. Funnily the only entity to not return my money is the Dirtbag Airline United Airlines that cause me this financial inconvenience. Please for the love of god blacklist United. They're just stealing at this point. They hold reservations and break them then say it's your fault? No ma'am.

Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.

My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly

Food was the worst I’ve had on a VA flight. Normally it’s a lot better

The staff was not very polite but the flight was very very nice and comfortable and the entertainment was great

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Security area in terminal 3 needs to be made much nicer. Less claustrophobic and use of glass and big ceilings wouldhelp

accomodating check in staff, friendly flight crew ( a crew member was speaking tactlessly and was overfamiliar with passengers

Seats need to be updated. Allowance needs to be made for dinner service at an alternative time

The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent

If I could fly Virgin Atlantic airlines to every place, I need to go, I would. Leaving Heathrow through the special virgin air entrance, security is completely white glove service. I love this airline. From ticketing agents to flight staff everyone tries to make it a wonderful & happy flight experience. I wish other airlines copied the positive culture of Virgin Airlines.
