Everything. The pick up location was wrong, they wanted to charge me extra $180 to let me pickup the car at airport but then told me to drop off the car in different location anyway claiming they can’t retrieve the payment to this location. Never took the car from them. I am disputing the charges with credit card. Go to Six rent a car. Better service, better cars, better prices

Serviced the car before renting it. Our car needed an oil change and it over heated and needed to be towed.
