They try to scam their customers. They require a 1400euro damage hold which is more than any other company. They do not take U.S. Credit Cards for this hold and do not accept cash so if you don't have a local credit card, they force you to take their insurance. I don't need insurance since this is all covered by my U.S. credit card. And, since they know that they are forcing customers to take insurance, they charge 75euros per day for their insurance vs. the 25euros per day rental price. When I asked to cancel the reservation, they said that I they would not refund the money I had already paid. They are basically stealing. I've rented hundreds of cars all over the world and never had this issue. Avoid the bait with low cost and switch to the most expensive car rental with insurance. You are better off using a standard car rental company.

It is a bit long to get the car...4 people in front of me and it took like 1 hour. For the rest, it's all good.

The pick up process was a nightmare. It took more than an hour and could have been even longer if hadn't had the help of fellow customers! Staff were too few and they were frazzled!

Provides a car that was all banged up, asked for a not broken car and end up offering another that is also destroyed . Then as an only solution they asked us to pay an extra $15 per day to get a decent car Sad

the experience is not "Excellent" becouse though I had "full" insurience I was told that I must buy one more "full" insurance from RecordGo. when I refused of buying one more "full" insurance I was asked to pay deposit of 1400,- euros. Now the deposit is returned. But I don't understand why I was forced to buy one more "full" insurance...

First time with Record Go. Very efficient pickup. Great car. Excellent value. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Drop off was very efficient. Car had a tire sensor light on at pickup. They inflated all tires and told me it would go out after I drive a little. It never went out, but there was never a problem. Probably just needs a sensor replaced. Woman at drop off was especially courteous. Told me in the future I should make sure I take pictures of the car. I’ll do that in the future. I will DEFINITELY rent from them again when available.

Overall the experience was good but the car had an annoying feature I could not turn off. It was always beeping at me and I could not figure out why or how to stop it.
