Never happened. They never answered their phone with all my flight delays and cancellations and considered me a no show. Even Marriott customer service couldn’t get in contact with the front desk. It was an absolute joke.

The rooms are tiny but mighty. Views, location, integrated tech, cleanliness, customer service--10's across the board. I truly enjoyed my stay at CitizenM and look forward to returning soon!

Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance. I loved the self check in/out station. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice although a little small. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Pros (+) The design of the hotel was really cool, and the rooms, while small, were super efficient. This is like European travel, smaller rooms but you realize you don’t need a ton of extra guest room space.
Cons (-) My only complaint was not being able to truly control the temperature of the room. I never felt like I really was able to make a difference in the temp of my room.

Pros (+) The rooms are little pods, but really fine for the price. Very clean. They are having issues with the some of the iPads that control room temp, lights, etc, but assured me this was a temporary glitch, as this was a new batch. The lobby is amazing and the location stellar. The staff might be the nicest and friendliest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Inexpensive and tasty buffet breakfast at commu...
Cons (-) Just the iPad situation, and that was very minor compared to all the positives. The controls were still functional, so no real problem on my end. Just had to frequently reboot.

Pros (+) This was a revelation. I highly recommend this hotel as a solo traveler. It reminds me of the very small but well laid-out hotel rooms I've been to in Europe and Tokyo. Cons (-) This was surprising: there was always trash in the hallway whenever I came back to my room. This is a minor complaint, but it happened at all times of day during my 48 hour stay. Like, there was a used Kleenex right in front of my door when I first arrived, and probably 6-8 boxes piled on either side of my room.
