They didn’t give me a copy of the contract at pick up or drop off. At pick up, the representative did everything possible to extract money, first complaining of some small chalk powder in a cupholder that I quickly wiped away with water, then about a “scratch” that I wiped away with my thumb, and finally about some small wear on a corner that he claimed was a large scratch down the whole front of the car. He refused to show me the markup of damages on his report or to give me a copy of the report, and then charged me $1.5 K for the damages, which I am now contesting but they are not replying to phone calls, email, or contact form submission.

We picked up the car and it was very dirty. They were not clear where the shuttle was in Bari and had to make multiple phone calls to understand where to go.

It was perfect in every other way except that we were told that we're lucky that the car was still available since we arrived many hours after our booking start time. If I have booked a car for a time and have already paid for it, the car should stay reserved for me, no matter when I arrive.

We reached the airport at 10pm. The shuttle never came DESPITE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS IN WHICH THE AGENT PROMISED HE WOULD BE COMING WITHIN 7MIN, THEN 10MIN etc. There was another lady who was on her own and in same predicament. At 11pm, the phone calls started going to voicemail and it was obvious that the rental company had no intention of living up to their obligation and we all gave up waiting and took a taxi to our respective hotels. We will be pursuing a full refund and advise everyone never to use this avenue for car rental.

Scammers. Gave wrong class of vehicle. Wouldn’t process credit card for deposit and forced to pay for extra insurance, terrible experience

The counter attendant insisted on charging me for insurance that I did not need. He would not ring up my card unless I paid an unnecessary upcharge of 89 Euros. This was a scam. Avoid this rental car company.

Everything was perfect, only waiting 1 hour to pick up the car and 30 min to drop off :( Stuff polite and nice althoug a lot of work.
