Computer systems were down so the staff were doing their best but very overwhelmed. The car we reserved was not available so we got a different one … no problem at all… but there was only enough gas to go 30 miles before the gas light came on. I’ve never rented a car that close to empty before. Front counter staff was very nice but you could tell he’d been dealing with angry customers and it was going to be a long day for them all.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

Checking in was bad. Agent said I needed $67 toll package and gas refill was cheaper with budget. Both incorrect!! Only had a $2 toll and gas was $.30 cheaper outside of airport.
