What is CDX Plywood?
CDX plywood is a type of construction-grade plywood made for exterior use where appearance isn’t critical. It is economical, strong, and moisture-resistant (but not waterproof).
What Does CDX Mean?

- D: Back face veneer with larger flaws; lowest grade.
- X: Indicates exterior-grade glue, providing limited weather resistance.
