Woven sculptures, rope, burlap – Magdalena Abakanowicz turns HAM into a forest of textiles. The first solo exhibition in Finland by a pioneer in creating organic, fibre-based sculptures and installations fills HAM’s grand arched halls with the artist’s iconic textile sculptures, Abakans, as well as impressive burlap sculptures.
