Was originally cast as Marilyn McDonald in Number 96 (1972), taping around 30 scenes/six episodes-worth. She then fell ill, and Frances Hargreaves was brought in to reshoot and continue playing the character. McBurney did belatedly appear in the series, as Jodi, in 1977.
