- Andere ArbeitenBegan his radio career at BBC Radio Bristol in the eighties. Hosted music/comedy shows on BBC Radio 1 and BBC GLR. Wrote for and hosted 'On The Hour' for BBC Radio 4 (later to become 'The Day Today' on TV) and wrote, produced and starred in 'Blue Jam' on Radio 1, which became 'Jam' on television. He also wrote columns for The Observer newspaper, as a columnist living in the shadow of a suicide he had yet to commit, a spoof of the so-called cancer columns.

- WissenswertesDuring Chris Morris' radio career he is thought to have filled the newsreader's booth with helium, introduced a news flash about a train crash by saying "Tell me your favourite joke" and given running commentries over serious news bulletins, each time resulting in sackings.
- ZitateIf a terrorist organisation wanted to knock out the moral compass of Britain, all they'd have to do is to kill 100 celebrities at random. The entire country would have an instant nervous breakdown.
