Matthew Cooke(XIX)

Matthew Cooke is co-manager of several technical working committees which seek to catalyze industry driven prevention and response solutions. Matthew is intricately involved in T&T salvage OPA90 (Oil Pollution Act of 1990) compliance program where he has served as the project Naval Architect of T&T Salvage. Matt has also coordinated and managed wreck removal projects in lead salvage contracts. Matt is based in Houston Texas.
