It is a short film with a precise purpose - to sensibilize about human trafficking, proposing a simple case , not very realistic but enough for a warning about situation of people trapped in a dark business .
Initially, I was tempted to be very critic about it . The Romanian of main character has only few words from real language , seeming a cocktail of Slavic/ Nordic languages, the explanation about situation of Monica has a large hole. But the cause is only significant in this case.
A young Romanian pianist, maybe, after her concert in Craiova, becomes prisoner of a presumed admirer, using her for prostitution. Her notebook is send to garbage by her master and a homeless keeps it ( good start point for a new episode of her calvary ).
Not impressive acting but beautiful music and few good scenes.
