it is boring

its just a bunch of meaningless (to me) stories. Neither of them could create an impact. It seemed, the directors were told to just come up with something on the topic "Shor-noise" and they made their submissions. They did not care about the normal, average audience. giving 7/10 , 1 star for each film.
