At the end of the movie, when Leo was strangling Sara, she took a necklace and wrapped it around his neck and tried to strangle him. The camera shows her two hands working on him and then his two hands working on her. The camera then shows him reach up to try to loosen her grip but then immediately shows BOTH his hands on her neck. So, there are FIVE hands involved, but two people can only have four hands.
