Hilarity for Charity

Just finished watching Hilarity for Charity. I wanted to like this so badly.. it's a great cause and line up, but it definitely didn't live up to its potential. First off, the audience was so stiff!! If we felt the tension at home, I can't imagine how the comedians felt. I realize this was for charity so it was a different audience than who you would normally see at a comedy show, but I didn't feel like they enjoyed the event.. at all. The show was kind of a weird mix of raunchy comedy, family-friendly singing (with the muppets), and information about Alzheimers. The comedians were great, I just wish their segments were a longer without all the randomness in between. I did laugh (thank you John Mulaney), so I think it was worth watching, but definitely not my favorite Netflix special.
