The film was refused a UK theatrical certificate under the title "Escape From Hell" in December 1980, and released in a heavily edited form as "I'm Coming Your Way" the following year.

Alternative Versionen
This film and Das Foltercamp der Liebeshexen (1980) were edited together and re-released with dubbing and new footage to American audiences in 1985 as Savage Island (1985), which promoted Linda Blair as its star, although she was featured only in "framing" footage, telling this story in flashback. Both films had used the same cast and sets.

Enjoyable action flick

Naked helpless babes trapped on an island where they are brutalized and used by the powers that be. What more could an exploitation fan ask for? It's just a notch above your average babes in prison movie since the characters are believable in their desire to get out. Also, When the setting says tropical island they are not kidding. The island our beauties are stranded on looks about as tropical and steamy as you can get. Not for the squeamish!
