With such a small output of films in her brief career, the iconic star Sirpa Lane ended with this dull thud of a black-comic & bleak porn film. Through the magic of body doubling and editing, her memory is saddled with a paste-up hardcore performance.
Andrea Bianchi, whose reputation now rests on the over-the-top horror/porn opus MALABIMBA as well as zombie fave BURIAL GROUND, delivers an extremely obnoxious and overlong porno here, built around the forceful but wasted (under the dire circumstances of no-budget production) performance of Lane as a doctor.
A sleazy but lighthearted odd couple of thrill-killer rapists drive around picking up young women, raping & brutalizing them. Due to the porn necessity of extended closeup hardcore sex scenes, director Bianchi drags this thin story out interminably and boringly.
Early action is a bit confusing, because one of their pickups turns out to be a transvestite, much to the consternation of the younger of the two perverts, who doesn't find out until he's made it nearly to third base with the cross-dresser. After that scene, the outraged macho character suddenly spends the rest of the film as a transvestite himself -still up to the task of raping the women, but helping out fronting with his partner as if they were a man & woman driving around rather than two creeps. It doesn't help Bianchi's already shaky narrative that our kinky anti-hero isn't the slightest bit convincing posing as a woman.
Attempts at humor are very poorly done, as when the portly rapist must service his ugly, overweight wife or the unfunny antics of an old coot (possibly the rapist's dad) who wants to tag along on their nasty escapades and at least gets to join in on peeping tom action via a handy telescope.

Sirpa is introduced as a doctor examining one of their victims, rushed to the hospital after being left for dead. Unluckily, Sirpa's car breaks down and, sure enough, the creepy duo give her a lift, taking her to a lavish pad where they drug her and rape her. She gets the last laugh, already telegraphed to IMDb users by a key keyword in the film's description, and it sure didn't break the bank for the Italian special effects/props crew to come up with four round objects put in the creeps' champagne glasses by Sirpa after some impromptu surgery in the finale.
Poorly made in every respect, the film presents Sirpa naked as often as possible, but the coup de grace is repeated use of a body double for her character's XXX insertion shots, and even a non-matching fellatio sequence. Show biz is a tough racket, but she surely deserved much better treatment than this. Alas, the demented characters concocted to amuse a jaded audience by these untalented pornographers prove to be, in cinematic Freudian Slip fashion, a mirror of the auteurs' own disgusting personalities.
