I started watching this show by accident, Tivo's fault, thank you :) The funny thing is if you vacation and love to eat, chances are you've been to some of these restaurants. From Maui to San Francisco, LA to Palm Springs, Las Vegas and many more. All the recipes are demonstrated by the chef or owner of the restaurant without any regards for you cooking abilities. They don't show you anything you don't need to know, just precise details of the recipe. Just about every time I watch an episode I end up at the grocery store buying the ingredients for one of the four or so recipes per show. This show is a mix of fresh talent, fresh ideas and fresh ingredients. Enjoy!
