The set-ups for four sex vignettes (not the usual 5 scenes of old) are so brief one would have thought an all-sex show would have been preferable, as Penthouse Video's current house director Don Won Demarco seems to have been asleep at the helm.
It's all about real estate, with title MILFs selling homes and having sex in them, a corny porn ploy if ever there was one. One vignette reverses the situation by having Logan Long as realtor, and redhead favorite Lauren Phillips as a potential customer inveigling him to have sex with her. Liveliest of the gals is Britney Amber, styled as a blonde this time out.
For those who like to play the porn vs. mainstream lookalike game, Sarah Vandella is realtor in the final scene, and looks remarkably similar to legit actress Amy Seimetz, currently on the big screen in "Wild Nights with Emily" and the remake of "Pet Sematary".
