TIFF 2020 short cuts 32

The Price of Cheap Rent

A seven minutes monologue of a woman about gentrification and housing expenses in New York City with some funny lines and a couple cinematic tricks, I couldn't really get much of this short film. Maybe there are some hidden values inside, but I wasn't able to find when or where.
