The gross out joke with Bandit hitting SirCooly with a dirty diaper was unintentionally created by Barhight as a joke told to Schmidt. Schmidt and Barton found the idea hilarious to the point where they added it to the film with the addition of Bandit eating "chocolate" out of said diaper. The poop within the diaper (which ended up on SirCooly's face) was chocolate pudding mixed with a Reese's brownie.
