On the one hand, this show is fantastic. On the other, I don't recommend it.
Plot - This story starts off strong. Rokka and Hazuki have very good chemistry and its entertaining to see them fall in love while Shimao tries to interfere. This all goes downhill after Hazuki inexplicably leaves, then gets drunk enough to allow the ghost to borrow his body. The only somewhat logical reason why he does this is because of the plot. Once you get to this part, I'd recommend switching off. That being said, this show is consistent in its fantastic writing other than that incredibly stupid plot device. This is a romance/drama/fantasy, and succeeds at all three.
Characters - There are like 4 characters in this show. They are all pretty well-written, except for Shimao. Though Shimao is also technically well written, he is one of the most unlikeable characters I have ever seen. I'm pretty sure that the screenwriters were trying to make him sympathetic, but he is impossibly selfish and mean and manipulative and he takes up way too much screen time. If he was barely in it, or never got control of Hazuki's body, then this show would be so much better.
Animation - The animation in this show is absolutely beautiful and at some times impressive. There are some sequences that seem to only be there to show off the animator's talent at animating light, shadow, and people walking with their feet in frame. This show is nice to look at and has a variety of different art styles.
Sound - The voice acting is ok, I guess. The music isn't very memorable, and neither is the sound effects.
