Steal the Naughty List

A story of Santa done right. The tone was a bit mature and some smaller kids won't be as entertained. The stop motion was wonderful, especially given the tiny budget. The landscaping could have used a little work, but the characters and textures were detailed nicely. The sporting events at the festival were very cute, the curling competition was particularly fun. The animation wasn't jerky and the movements were fluid and smooth.

There were definitely deeper tones that will go over children's heads, but it's simple enough for them to ask questions about, should they choose. And parents shouldn't have trouble with the answers. Nothing like sex or the current issues that have unfortunately become more prevalent in recent years. More mental health issues and why someone might be acting a certain way.

It was a humorous story of setting out on a mission for the wrong reasons and finally discovering the light, seeing the right reasons, and doing what's necessary to correct it.
