Herz aus Eis

Didn't find must to redeem this film. The story I thought was disjointed and trying to be strange either for the sake of it or because they couldn't figure out a good script, hence there is little dialogue. I don't mind a little mind games with the audience to understand a story but this has so many lines it could be multiple stories which for me means the filmmakers have failed to get their point across. It looks very nice but again some pov's taken just to be strange rather than moving the story along. Not great.

I normally love fantasy films, but this one is both very slow and very slow. Most of the scenes are silent, and the film is based on that scenario. It wasn't what I expected. I'm not saying it's unwatchable, but it wasn't for me. The acting is good, the effects are nice, but the script is very slow. I fast-forwarded through most of the scenes. 5 out of 10.
