Melody of Golden Age

I thought the plot sounds interesting but I was slightly disappointed with the execution. Acting from the female lead appears a bit over-exaggerated. Somehow the pace is a bit muddled - it appears fast but the development of cases seems a bit dragging. I'm not won over by the interaction between Fl and ML. The cases were not that captivating and a big part of the filming was done indoors. I find it a bit cloistered. I keep losing interest by episode 6 and left the series for a few weeks. Tried resuming watch but completely lost focus and given there are so many other better choices of cdramas, decided to drop this early.
