I'm disappointed. Poles got their version of "The Office", which is embarrassing (in a good way) and very funny. The series was a success, so the creators decided to make their own "The Office" this time without a license, setting the action in a supermarket - which ended up creating the series "Gaska", which is absolutely unfunny most of the time.
The characters are annoying, not funny. The dialogues have no punchline and are poorly written (mainly because they sound very artificial - the characters talk to each other as if they were aliens, not people with their own views).
The longer you watch this series, the more you have the impression that it is going nowhere. Exaggerated customers come to the supermarket and interact with the staff, who are the most boring people I've ever seen. And above it all stands Wlodek, who is a fool in love with America. Add someone to start farting and we have the peak of humor for 5-year-olds. It was a terrible series. It had better moments (e.g. A job interview, arguments between employees, Janusz Chabior, who is an absurd romantic), but as a whole the series is incredibly boring.
This series should get a 4/10 rating from me, but the character of Janusz Chabior saves this show from total tragedy a bit, and there were a few moments when you could smile. Partly as an encouragement, and partly out of some inner hope that it will still be possible to save this series, I give a rating of 6/10, but it is an objectively weak, boring series.
