Best known for playing "Mike" in Los jóvenes (1982), but he nearly did not get the part. Comic Strip member Peter Richardson was originally cast but had to drop out, and actor Andy de la Tour, who had seen Ryan in the play, "Can't Pay, Won't Pay", put him forward, instead.
