Tim Saxon was born in the UK and traveled to Australia where he was stung by an Irukandji jellyfish in 2003.
This was the subject of various newspaper and magazine articles, as well as TV appearances including the Discovery Animal Planet show 'I was prey' in 2017.
He now lives in Western Australia.
