As one of the founders of Diverse Visions, a production company focused on highlighting diverse voices, Ivy has brought powerful stories to life on screen. Her work includes producing and directing acclaimed short films that have been featured in prominent festivals such as the Sunshine City Film Festival and the Black Art and Film Festival. These projects showcase her commitment to representation and her ability to capture compelling narratives through a cinematic lens.
Ivy's creative vision extends to her work as a performer and improviser. She's actively involved in two troupes: Love and Fire Improv, based in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, and a production born sketch group, A Sketchy $h!+ Show. This innovative spirit is also reflected in her teaching, as she inspires the next generation of performers through her classes at American Stage, Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe, Powerstories Theatre and her private acting workshops.
