Ian Wilson(LXIV)

Ian Wilson is an American Director, Actor, Writer, Cinematographer, and Filmmaker. He wholeheartedly believes and follows Yeshua the Messiah, and was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 2nd, 2002. Though Ian's first goal was not to become a filmmaker, he started acting in Stage Productions for various churches he attended. Most recently, was the production 'Scrooge' (2014-16). In that time, Ian found a passion and an interest to go into filmmaking. In 2016, he launched his YouTube channel with no goals, but later used it as a way to practice his filmmaking skills and share his work with others. Emerging from his amateur video-making days, he began to make short films and stories to improve his filmmaking skill, provide an alternative to the current entertainment industry, and further God's Kingdom with the Power of Cinema, Music, Comedy, and other themes. Finally, he came up with the goal to one day make feature films of his own. In 2020, his filmmaking turned around when he joined the online course "Tomorrow's Filmmakers", which helped him to make more quality content. In 2021, Ian finally had the chance to work as a P.A., Wardrobe Assistant, and Extra on the set of the feature 'Making Him Famous' (post-production). Sprouting from his experience, he is continuing to make connections in the industry, gain more experience, and work on more film sets. Ian is now cast as a lead role in the upcoming film 'The King's Journey' (in production)- and is also working crew on the set! In addition to working on film sets and gaining experience, he continues to write screenplays that he hopes to one day bring to the big screen! He gives all the glory to God, and can't wait to see where He takes him next!
