After graduating from Riverside City College with an Associates in Marketing Advertising, in 1997 he attended San Francisco's Academy of Art University majoring in Motion Picture and Video. After leaving Academy of Art, Jason knew that there was much more to learn about filmmaking on both the creative and business side and found that education working on numerous productions at the American Film Institute and California Arts Institute. In 2007, he co-wrote, co-produced and directed 22 episodes of the talk show "Sidekick".
Today, Jason DeVaun is the founder and principle at Creative Café Productions LLC. The creator, writer and producer founded the company in 2014. Along with his business/producing partners and Creative Cafe Productions parent Comapny, BridgeXMedia, have a slew of Television and Feature productions on their slate for the upcoming year. Jason and his team is excited to bring their powerful content to all platforms.
