Power Rangers and its essence of nostalgia is unbeatable. A franchise that has given countless moments in the childhood of many.
We have a very well made short film, giving another breath and adult focus to the story of our colored friends. Joseph Kahn did an excellent job, admirable and that leaves you wanting to know more. Everything you knew about the Mighty Morphin era here is taken to a larger and very interesting scale, being characteristic of an R rating or very close to that style.
This short film has a good design and great work on special effects. Those first few seconds and the battle between the megazords looks phenomenal. Having a great level of detail that surprises.
This short has a better narrative plot than the 2017 film, even better CGI, curious, but very true.
It's 14 minutes of pure entertainment and good action. A very solid narrative plot with a lot of suspense. The plot grabs you as long as you know about the Rangers. The appearances here are very decent.
Among its negative points I can mention the effects of bullet impacts, where they are very forced and did not have better dedication. Also, a battle accompanied by a great script. Our black Ranger faces thugs who don't shoot, believe me you'll be able to tell by now.
In short, this short film is worth it, it is interesting and there is no doubt that those minutes will be valuable. A story taken to a better, more adult, realistic level, and with a brutal ending.
