The Torneo Cibernetico match marked the CHIKARA debut of Nick Gage (Nick Wilson), and the returns of UltraMantis Black (he last wrestled for CHIKARA at "CHIKARA Aniversario: School Reunion" on May 27, 2017), Alex Reynolds (Alex Zikos) (he and John Silver lost to Apollyon and Tony Nese (Anthony Nese) at "National Pro Wrestling Day- Evening Show" on February 2, 2013) and Ryan Galeone (as Ryan Rush, he lost a "Young Lions Cup X First Round Four-Way Elimination Match" to "Mr. Touchdown" Mark Angelosetti also involving Jason Axe and Tripp Cassidy at "CHIKARA Smack in the Middle" on June 24, 2012). It was also Silver's only second CHIKARA match ever under his own name, since all his other matches had been as The Shard of GEKIDO/Pieces of Hate/The Flood in 2012-2013 and 2014.
