Reservatet

This excellent film was based on an script by the Master but was actually directed by Jan Molader, which is the reason it is hard ti find it in IMDB and other sites. It is a TV movie. I saw it today, the image is good but the sound is so, so because the sound format is old. I think. However this has to be one of Gunnel Lindbloms best roles with an amazing performance about a talented woman trapped in a middle class boring and predictable life where husband and wife cannot communicate with one another and have became strangers within their marriage, both feeling a painful alienation. Lindblom's face and acting are a joy to see. The rest of the cast are also very good. If you like Bergman creations this is a film for you.
