Shown on TV as BLUEPRINT FOR A MASSACRE, in English, this is just a "we have seen it all before" Euro-Spy movie. In many of the titles, they use Z-55 as his code name but it is never used in the movie.
Airliners are blowing up once they reach a certain altitude. German Cobos is sent to find out why. It is learned that a chemical is added to the fuel which changes properties once in the air. Who is behind these disasters? Cobos stumbles upon the culprit and eliminates his entire organization.
The movie tries hard to be a James Bond movie but it looks more like a detective yarn. With beautiful women and great cars from the early 1960s it does have some appeal.
