Wednesday, June 12 2002. The date of this comment is relevant. This is a most interesting and not overplayed movie concerning the Mickelburg brothers. Realising that this is a mostly dramatised version of the original caper, it always appeared to me that there was something wrong with the whole concept of the swindle. Now in the light of recent events which have occurred here in Australia today there is now reasonable doubt that the brothers, who always maintained their innocence, actually committed the crime. Nevertheless, it is a movie worth a watch. John Hargreaves put in his usual good performance as did the rest of the cast who are all well known here in Australia. See it if you get the opportunity.
