Fantasy has often given routine porn projects a shot at grabbing the brass ring, namely crossover audiences. But this amateurish junker fails miserably.
Samantha Strong is left holding the bag as the star and boxoffice (at the video store that is) draw, as a couple of jerks use a book on magic to create a potion that turns Marc Wallice into a monster. Actually, a guy wearing a monster mask that looks stolen from the original "The Outer Limits" tv series.
Nonsensical plot of trying to turn the tables on these bad guys is completely uninteresting, the only intriguing scene being where top baddie is rifling through this vast LP collection, stored in a slew of wall racks, bringing back fond memories, still alive as vinyl collecting has become so popular (and expensive) in recent years. Otherwise this stinker is beneath contempt.
