This show is very well done. But it was just as well done when Jamie Oliver did it several years ago. This is just an Americanization of his show. I applaud Chef Jeff for his actions and intentions. But I must confess that I got very tired of hearing him say "When I was in prison". In the first episode he took untrained kids to prepare a special meal for the cast of General Hospital. With one exception these kids had no training in professional food preparation and it showed. It also showed that Chef Jeff does not have the patience to be an instructor. He was so busy doing that he hardly had time to instruct his students. When one did ask for help he snapped at him and walked off. Overall the show is a good idea but they need to bring in a Chef instructor to supervisor so Chef Jeff can be the worker he wants to be. Until then I will not be wasting anymore time with this show.
