Sunshine

This is a very moving drama/ comedy which was well put together for maximum effect. This is a classic example of Craig and Phil's amazing writing and directing skill. Lets hope the BBC allow them to produce more fantastic programs in the future. 4 Million Viewers! WOW! This standard of writing matches up to the Royle Family, another superb sitcom. The cast were great, especially young Joe, what an amazing actor. The story begins with the gambling addiction of Bing, played by Coogan, which shows a true reflection of the habits of some members of the society in which we live today. We learn about the strong relationship between Joe and his grandpa, played by Hill. The drama contains the themes of comedy, drama, love and tragedy. The drama closes with the death of George (Hill). This program is cleverly written as one minute you are rolling around on the floor in hysterics and the next you need a box of tissues. Fantastic! BAFFilms08
