Greg's cellphone number was stored in Amy's phone when he calls her back. If she wanted to speak to him specifically on his cellphone, she should have just called it (rather than calling the office landline, being patched through to him, and then requesting that he call her back on his cell).

[While not referenced in the dialogue, it is entirely possible that Greg routinely turns his personal cell phone off at work to avoid interruptions.]
