When the film was launched, Actor Sanjay Khan's daughter Farah Khan was to produce the film with Ad filmmaker Prahlad Kakkar directing it. At this point Umesh Shukla was the script writer. The film was titled " Flop". Due to some major problems, Farah backed out of the film, taking with her Prahlad.
