El trío en mi bemol

Rohmer's play is superb. The film has incredible performances by its to lead actors and impressive camerawork on a minimalist set.

Sadly, the director decided to include a "meta" plot line of a fictitious "making-off" of the film with an actor playing a director.

How can a director sabotage a film in this way? These awful moments will ruin the movie for a lot of people.

I wish I could like this film more, but the director killed her own film.

But Rohmer's play is unforgettable and well adapted, so in the end, it is worth a watch.
