¿Sabías que...?
- CuriosidadesLoose Change Producer Korey Rowe was a phone-in guest on the 'Opie and Anthony' radio show in 2006 to promote the film. But his inability to back up the various 9/11 conspiracy theories with any cohesive evidence or proof caused the hosts and audience of the show (including 9/11 first responders who called the show) to continually mock him for almost an hour before they finally hung up on a humiliated Rowe.

Reseña destacada
There are SEVEN different cuts of Loose Change. Each one improves upon the last.
I have always been intrigued by this film. It is unconvincing and inaccurate in its arguments, but there is just something so interesting about it.
Maybe it's because Loose Change was arguably the first "internet blockbuster," coming years before Netflix released an original film.
Maybe it's the fact that Dylan Avery made the damn thing in his bedroom on a cheap laptop he bought thanks to a few weeks of savings from his mundane 9-to-5 job.
Maybe it's the fact that it launched an annoying movement that still exists in 2025 - which is quite impressive and the dream of any filmmaker (er, well, some filmmakers, and conceptually).
Maybe it's just the cult status and weird place in cinema history that this film holds.
Whatever the case, it also prodded me to become an expert on the September 11 attacks. This film turned me into a conspiracy theorist when I first saw it in high school. It took years of conducting my own research into 9/11 to undo the "spell" Loose Change had on me. The same can be said for Oliver Stone's JFK.
In a way, Loose Change made me more skeptical. Now, when someone tells me something along the lines of, "Did you know?" or, "Did you hear?," I pull out my phone and do some digging.
Loose Change did some good, I guess - just not the kind of good the filmmakers would want to brag about. Dylan Avery has distanced himself from the 9/11 truth movement in recent years.
