All the scenes that take place in Isis' bedroom were filmed during a very hot day. The windows had to be blocked with black thick curtains, the room was lit with a very complex lighting setup, and the actresses needed to act as if they were cold. The cast and the crew would leave the set in between takes to get some fresh air. At the end of the last take of those scenes, actress Laura Braz burst into tears over the intensity of the scene and the physical and emotional toll of the whole experience.
