My Skin is Crawling in a Good Way

When this short film started, I immediately felt my anxiety kick in. Creep. Creep. This is a compliment. Most films do not grab me right out of the gate.

The piece is not long, but I was on the edge of the couch the entire time. The pacing was THAT intense, and the editing was spot on. I'd also note that the acting, lighting, sound effects etc were stand out.

If you like art films, then you really need to invest a few minutes in watching Rendezvous. It will resonate while it's playing as well as after the final credits roll. I'm sure I'll flash back when I'm in old houses especially if they have fireplaces. Rendezvous did a number on my head and will be locked there on some level. Yep. Good stuff.
