'Drishya' is the latest work of renowned director P.Vasu who had impressed the kannada audiences with hits like 'Aapthamithra' followed by 'Aaptharakshaka' both of these films were associated with Vishnuvardhan but the latest movie is associated with Ravichandran. This time our Crazy- Star Ravichandan has a new outlook which is a challenging task and he has given total justice to the role as "Rajendra Ponnappa".

This movie hi-lights the importance of the responsibility of a family man to protect his family under crucial circumstances. The film starts as a simple family drama type movie at start but then story intensifies gradually and the perfect execution of script is in the climax which is show stealer. The background music by Ilayaraaja is exemplary. Overall a great feast for movie lovers.
