I've watched many laundry-focused horror shorts, and they usually follow a few predictable paths. This one, however, was refreshingly different-something I haven't come across in recent years. I especially enjoyed the vintage Creepshow vibe, thanks largely to the strong audio design and the creature's dialogue. It honestly could have worked perfectly as a storyline for an episode of the '80s Tales from the Crypt-or even its predecessor, The Twilight Zone-with just a longer runtime. Most impressive of all, it kept building momentum and managed to pack a remarkable amount into just three minutes.
