Animator Connie Rasinski was a pillar of the Terrytoons cartoon studio. He joined as an inker in 1929 and was promoted to director in 1937. During the 1940s he helped develop the characters Mighty Mouse and Heckle and Jeckle, and was responsible for their definitive design. His Mighty Mouse short
