Lydia has a wholesome essence, combining mature dependability with a natural warmth and friendliness which draws people in. Her solid presence and confidence are tempered by a youthful playfulness, observable in her twinkling eyes and infectious, dimpled smile. At home in both comedy and drama, she brings an energetic, honest, and approachable persona to all of her roles. Her healthy, athletic build, with her advanced dance and martial arts training, makes her ready to tackle any physical requirements.
A pure Michigan native, Lydia has built up a strong film presence in Michigan by working with several local award-winning directors. Lydia can be seen as Maddie in Joel Potrykus's "Thing From the Factory by the Field" (2022). Streaming on the Criterion Channel, the story follows a band of teenage metalheads who get more than they bargained for when they accidentally kill a demon during a band initiation. A "church girl", Maddie stands out in her yellow dress in contrast to the other teens. The 'misfit of misfits', Maddie will do anything to save her new friends' souls. Lydia has also worked with director Kyle Misak, on the award-winning short film, "The Autumn Girl" (2020), and up and coming director Allison Riley, on the award-winning short film, "In the Blood" (2022).
